    Yes. We are a non-profit organisation providing free listening support.

    Please note that sending SMS Messages are priced at your standard rate, but for ‘pay monthly’ users, may be included in your current plan

  • I am feeling suicidal, could I still reach out?

    Of course. We are sorry to hear that you (feel or are) suicidal. We have to ask that you call 999 if you have made any attempts but do keep in touch with us. We are here to help you get through this, no matter what.

  • Are your services confidential?

    Our services are 100% confidential and will no information will be shared with anyone outside our organisation.

  • I am looking for support or advice for someone else,
    could I still reach out?

    Of course! We provide support for everyone. Supporting someone suffering from mental health can be very challenging; Knowing what to say or what to do can be difficult, so don't hold back and reach out today. 

  • How long does it take to get a response?

    When you contact us the first time, it may take anything from 1 hour to 24 hours before a volunteer responds. After the initial contact, the response can be anything from minutes to a few hours max.
