Attempted Suicide?If you, or someone you know has attempted suicide, then please visit the local A&E or dial 999 immediately. Once you have done this, or whilst you wait for emergency services or support, please reach out to us for further support

If you are not safe or are suicidal, you will be connected to someone within minutes.
With our WhatsApp support service you can message us at anytime. You can take your time and also message us whilst you at work, at hospital or out.
You may be charged by your carrier for SMS, if SMS messages are not included in your Data plan. If you exceed your data plan, you may also be charged. Alternatively, you can drop us a WhatsApp message instead.
It can take our team some time to respond, but usually it is within minutes.
