We know that sometimes, you need a change of scenery and a safe place to talk to someone about how you’re feeling. We offer free retreats for people who are feeling suicidal, where they can speak to therapists one-to-one, participate in group therapy, take yoga classes and connect with nature. Our retreats are fully accessible, and will help inform the building of our Sanctuary, a permanent home for the work of Mind Allies, where people can find support for their mental wellbeing and retreat from stressors that make recovery difficult.
The Retreats are free for those who are eligible to use our service.
This service is only available for people who are referred by our support service.
Due to limited spaces at our retreats, people are only eligible once.
A retreat could be from 2 nights to 5 nights, this is depending on audience and location.
As our service is for anyone within the UK, retreats will be hosted in different locations to provide support to as many people around the country.
The retreats are for anyone above the age of 16. Parental consent may be required for under 18’s.
